VeloListed is a classifieds advertising platform only. We do not vet sellers, inspect bikes, or mediate transactions. Anything that goes wrong during a sale — including disputes over condition, payment fraud, or stolen goods — is solely the responsibility of the buyer and seller involved.

Buyers: Always verify that the seller can prove ownership before handing over money. Ask for original receipts, frame-number registration (e.g. BikeRegister), or insurance documents. If they cannot provide this, do not proceed with the purchase. VeloListed does not verify ownership of any listed bike.

Sellers: Meet buyers in safe, public locations. Never hand over a bike until payment has fully cleared in your account. Be wary of overpayment scams, requests to ship abroad, or buyers who refuse to meet in person.
